• License Grant: Upon purchasing a paid plan, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GrimAC software solely for your Minecraft server(s).
• Website Usage: You may access and use the website for lawful purposes and according to these Terms.
• Restrictions: You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute, resell, or exploit GrimAC services or website content without permission.

4. User Responsibilities

• Compliance: You agree to use GrimAC services and website content in compliance with all applicable laws and Minecraft’s End User License Agreement (EULA).
• Data: You are responsible for maintaining the security of any accounts or systems associated with GrimAC.
• Fair Usage: Users must access services in a manner consistent with typical server operations. Excessive, automated, or abusive access that interferes with service stability may result in temporary restrictions.
• Rate Limits: Reasonable rate limits are in place to protect service integrity. We apply lenient thresholds designed to accommodate normal, active use without disruption.

All paid services provided through GrimAC services and website remain the property of GrimAC. No rights are transferred except for the limited license granted.
